Manager - Visual Merchandising with Homebox , Landmark Group
Custodian of Visual Experience:
- Ensure Consistent experience at all stores by coceptulizing visual merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure flawless execution of the guidelines through institutionalisation of processes & measurable standards.
- Responsible for evolving cost effective Visual Merchandising solutions that will enhance/aid Merchandising at the stores.
- Visual Merchandise for Mini digital catalogue Shoot.
- Ensure Visual Merchandise for Lifestyle Images for E-commerce & Website.
Visual Merchandising Plan and Design:Conceptualization:- Plan and develop the Visual Merchandising calendar for the concept.
- Supervise development of creative and innovative Visual Merchandising seasonal concept solutions.
- Manage, conceptualize and ensure implementation of the Key Merchandising Principle.
- Manage construction and documentation of instore creatives and window guidelines.
- Plan and develop concept Dcor and windows.
- Plan and ensure development of New Season and Brand update store set ups.
- Develop New Store Opening Kit.
Coordination:- Co-ordinate with Buyers, Marketing, Store Operations and Projects in determining specific visual merchandising needs.
- Ensure development and implementation of effective Visual Merchandising standards and methods.
- Coordinate with Brand Mangement team to maintain a detailed knowledge of the concept merchandise.
- Coordinate with Stores, Territory VM Manager, Marketing Team & Planners for periodic revamps.
Execution:- Conducts market research/audit/monitor competitors and understand the latest trends
- Assess and recommend action to Visual Merchandising team regarding brand presentation issues, promotions and events, and training issues related to visual merchandising standards
Monitoring:- Ensure development and training of In-store Visual Merchandisers, on merchandising standards, space planning and store layout and other visual merchandising techniques.
- Develop & Monitor Checklist which will ensure seamless execution.
- Develop & Monitor Physical & Virtual processes to guide, correct the Merchandising & Display prinicples at the Stores.
People Management:- Responsible for building Visual Merchandising Organisation for the Concept.
- Develop team through OJT & Coaching.
- Responsible for Team Morale.
- Facilitating Team development & Succession Planning.
- Conduct transparent & Objective Annual Performance Appraisal & Review.
