- Responsible for Mid management & Campus Hiring and Recruitment Projects - Reporting To: Head HR, KSA - Minimum Years of experience 8 -12 POSITION OBJECTIVE The job holder will be responsible for providing strategic and execution support to the Country HR Head in terms of manpower planning, resource allocation & recruitment for KSA. DO - Key Responsibilities 1. Manpower Planning & Recruitment - Plan and prepare annual manpower acquisition plan and budget for the KSA Territory - Plan the yearly Headcount and Budget for KSA. Monitor, report on quarterly basis vs plan/budget - Ensure achievement of the recruitment targets for the Territory as per the approved manpower budget - Decide on the priority recruitment channels for the Territory in consultation with the Country HR Head and Corporate TA Head - Responsible for all KSA management hiring, office based hiring - Identify and work with hiring agencies, partners to meet our recruitment needs - In KSA & Internationally - Develop and implement the KSA recruitment strategy. Focus on Campus hiring, programs. Management Trainee Program - Leverage KSA HRDF support and use the HRDF programs to induct, hire and develop national talent 2. Induction - Responsible for planning and ensuring implementation of all senior management induction plans - Create and implement a standard induction program for retail, WH and office staff - Standard best practices - Work closely with the onboarding team in central HR operations to complete visa, joining formalities for timely joining in KSA. - Regularly engage all candidates once accepted the offer until joining stage 3. People Management - Manage and support recruitment - Lead a team of 2 recruiters - Monitor team development and facilitate complaint resolution - Set goals for direct reports and conduct performance appraisal - Oversee team deployment and drive motivation levels of the direct reportees 4. Change Management - Provide strategic support to Country HR Head for all change management activities - Propose and execute changes/improvements within TA to introduce best practices - Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the Territory DISPLAY QUALIFICATION Basic Qualification / Education / Vocational Training Post-graduate degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources Management Advanced Qualification / Certification / Specialist Training EXPERIENCE Minimum Experience 8-10 years of experience in Human resources Specific / Relevant Experience 6 years of experience in recruitment CAPABILTIES Skills and Capabilities - Advanced knowledge of HR processes/policies (Management Development initiatives/ administration, Recruitment/ Expatriate Recruitment tools & Competency Based Hiring, Compensation modeling, Performance Management Systems and Models ) - Awareness of the local labour law and legal compliance - Teamwork & collaboration - Communication & Networking skills - Planning and Organising skills DELIVER Perspective Key Result Area (KRA) Measure Financial Adherence to the HR recruitment budget Achievement against budgets for HR Customer Satisfaction with HR services offered at Territory Satisfaction score captured through Territory employee feedback Current Processes (Internal) Drive HR best practices within the Territory Comparison with best in class benchmarks/ Number of new initiatives/best practices launched or implemented within territory JOB INTERACTIONS KEY INTERNAL INTERACTION WITH NATURE OF INTERACTION Finance For payroll budgeting and disbursement Public relations For applying and issuing visa Learning & Development For Induction plans for all employees KEY EXTERNAL INTERACTION WITH NATURE OF INTERACTION Recruitment channels For relationship management to fulfill the organization's recruitment requirements Consultants and professional service providers For providing expertise for specific interventions Various embassies/ Govt.
