Role: Brand Communication - Lead Content & Product Communication
JD: REQUIREMENTS
- Proven working experience as brand manager/Fashion product communication
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective product campaigns
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing product mix across
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative fashion mind, data-driven thinking and an medium affinity for numbers
- Strong fashion handwriting for content on product, fabric, fashion & USP's.
- Outstanding communication skills & up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Strong understanding of fashion styling and trends to upscale the imagery with product shoots
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: BUSINESS
- Be a key driver to achieve assigned business KPI'S for the brand - sales targets for product category, focus on product growth under each department, category sell through, new customer acquisitions
- Be a key stakeholder - Buyers in understanding business challenges across all geographical regions & devise strategies to achieve desired business numbers
- Help in achieving sales numbers designated for CRM base & induce repeat purchases through effective product communication strategies and freshness with TG's
- Demonstrates keenness and quickness in understanding business and macro trends affecting business & Industry
KEY RESPOSNBILITIES: GTM LAUNCHES - PRODUCT
- Strategize & launch brand, promotional, seasonal campaigns across all marketing channels including ATL, digital & social, BTL & owned media
- Work with external partners towards achieving goal set for brand - including creative, digital agencies, Content and USP's.
- Work with internal teams - Design, buying, planning, MF.in & visual merchandising to deliver product season launches.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: PRODUCT COMMUNICATION
- Understand the Key Products of each season launch/product campaign including IGTM, Big Bets, Key Innovations & Key Categories
- Co-ordinate with Design & Buying on product understanding
- Collaborative working with various functions like VM, Planning, E-com, Digital to ensure product communication is deployed across all platforms
- Content handwriting for product communication across seasons for CRM, Digital, Collaterals
- Leverage product communication onto CRM & Digital platforms
- Track campaign performance - Business KPIs, CTR & Social KPIs across all campaigns
- Handle 12-15 Product campaigns in a year independently - Co-ordinating with agency for brief, concept alignment, handover to various functions on assets, deployment in regions to post campaign analysis
- Handle Secondary & Mini (Product) IGTM Shoot - End to end planning of shoot Pre-Production, Shoot execution & Post production with timely handover of deliverables
- Shoot innovation with every season to benchmark best in industry
- Marketing calendar for production communication
KEY RESPONSIBILIES: CONTENT MANAGEMENT
- Copy writing skill especially in Fashion copies
- Develop content for Marketing campaigns - CRM collaterals (SMS verbiages, Emailer & Look book), BTL & Social media post copies
- Ensure product call outs & descriptions are highlighted in various marketing collaterals
KEY RESPONSIBILIES: BUDGET MANAGEMENT
- CIS Ticket Closure - Raise CIS Ticket for Estimates with relevant GL & Promo codes
- Maintaining PO Tracker monthly - Budget vs Actual
- Co-ordinating with Finance - PO, Bill Submission & Payments as per TAT
- Closure on Monthly Provisions for ATL Budget
