Manager - Master Data Management - Accounts

- Manage master data, travel settlements and petty cash for Landmark Group companies

Qualification : MBA / M.Com

Key Job Responsibilities :

- Master Data Management

- Manage the creation of vendor and customer masters in ERP as per SOP

- Manage the creation of organization and merchandise hierarchy in ERP as per SOP

- Review and reconcile the registrations between vendor portal and ERP

- Review all vendor masters as per defined timelines and take necessary actions

- Review audit trail reports relating to vendor masters as per defined timelines and highlight exceptions to the management

- Manage the process of handling tickets raised by internal customers

Travel Settlements and Petty Cash :

- Manage all travel related accounting and settlements as per the travel policy

- Manage travel ticket reconciliation process in ERP and release payments to travel agents

- Manage the corporate imprest petty cash payments, accounting and reconciliation with physical cash

- Manage the replenishment of petty cash at the stores

Reports and Documentation :

- Review SOPs and checklists on MDM, travel and petty cash on periodic basis, recommend necessary changes and take required actions in consultation with relevant stakeholders

- Prepare and publish dash boards to the relevant stakeholders as per defined timelines

- Provide support for the completion of all internal and statutory audits and take required actions to address issues arising from the audits

People Management :

- Select the right team members

- Set expectations and give regular feedback to team

- Provide adequate support and motivate the team to deliver on the job

- Guide, coach, train and develop the team
