SUMMARY: To provide end to end Commercial support to E-Commerce/Omni channel Business of MAX

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process Support:

- Set up Processes for Distribution channels in line with Competitors who have been able to successfully able to service Ecommerce Companies like Flipkart, Jabong, Snapdeal,etc.

- Set up Processes and control mechanism for Max direct ecommerce sale to customers through LIOPL

- Set up process for both Market place/SOR models viz. PO-Invoicing-Stocking-Returns-Collections, etc.

- Periodically review and upgrade the process as and when market demands it

- Firm up on SOP/SLAs with all Departments for roll out and transaction level

Ensure the following Order to billing process for MAX at Market Place is followed:

- Raise Sales Order/Obtain Purchase Order/ Follow up for Shipping/ Ensure Correct Tax Invoice generation/ Follow up for despatch or delivery/Follow up PDC/ Follow up for banking of PDC on the correct date/ track outstanding/ Reconcile ledger on periodic basis

- Co ordinate with IT for Item Mapping/Creating PO/SO

- Follow up and ensure timely payments as per Agreed terms

- Ensure Balance confirmation quarterly once

MIS:

- Generate weekly sales report to Management

- Ensure Division P&L

- Provide data for ER in specified format as and when required
