Role : Program Manager - E Commerce Company : Landmark Group Location : Dubai Job Description : One of the largest Retail players in the Middle East, Landmark Group is looking an E Commerce Manager to manage the online platform of one its Brands. With E Commerce growing in this region, this is an opportunity to actively shape the future of this sector by being a part of a young growing team Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Management of operational aspects of the online platform across territories, including driving revenue targets, planning and reviewing fulfillment metrics, assessing customer behavior and feedback and identifying critical interventions needed to provide a superior customer experience - Developing data driven insights through tools, templates and dashboard to identify areas requiring short term and medium term actions - Responsible for developing a roadmap for the online platform and designing new initiatives to&nbsp;drive sustainable growth across territories - End to End management of new projects, including defining objectives, identifying key metrics to measure success, engaging multiple stakeholders across different functions and driving a disciplined time bound execution of the actions planned - Manage a team of 3-5 members to drive E Commerce objectives and initiatives Qualifications / Skill sets required : - Experience in an E Commerce role is mandatory. Category Management / Program Management experience is preferred - Analytical approach to identify problems and designing solutions is a must. Proficiency in any analytical tools is a plus - Ability to assess a complex problem and prepare a structure solution to it - Experience in engaging with critical stakeholders and articulating your point of view through data driven reasoning is a must
