Role Summary:
Key driver of creative excellence, helping to move sales and the creative needle towards brand-building work that weaves content into ecommerce
Summary of Role Responsibilities:
- Drive concept ideation for digital marketing initiatives based on strategic objectives and KPIs
- Evolve and elevate digital design while supporting and maintaining Homecentre's brand DNA
- Manage the creation and delivery of Homecentre.com's ecommerce creative workflow
- Concept and design a wide variety of digital assets including homepages, landing pages, emails and banners
- Create and ensure implementation of quarterly/monthly/weekly marketing calendar for the website
- Manage and guide the team to deliver on the job
Key Job Responsibilities:
Ecommerce digital design:
- Drive concept ideation for digital marketing initiatives based on strategic objectives and KPIs
- Evolve and elevate digital design while supporting and maintaining Homecentre's brand DNA
- Manage the creation and delivery of Homecentre.com's ecommerce creative workflow
- Concept and design a wide variety of digital assets including homepages, landing pages, emails, banners, Ad creatives, Blog, SMS and push notification content
- Create and ensure implementation of quarterly/monthly/weekly marketing calendar for the website
- Collaborate with the category team to align the marketing strategy as per the promotion strategy
- Ensure time bound and error free execution
- Provide thought leadership, share best practices and lead brainstorm sessions
People Management:
- Assign responsibilities and set expectations
- Give regular feedback to the team
- Provide support and guide the team to deliver on the job
