Role Summary :

- Manage end to end accounting and reporting of fixed assets for all Landmark Group companies

Qualification : CA / ICWA with 4 Years Experience

Key Job Responsibilities :

Capex Accounting :

- Manage the process of accounting and payment processing of all capex invoices as per SLAs and in compliance with schedule of authority

- Review and ensure adherence of invoice accounting to all statutory compliances

- Review unpaid invoices on daily basis and take required actions

- Work with IT and tax teams to update ERP with the latest tax amendments

- Follow up for getting balance confirmations from the vendors as per defined timelines

Capitalization and depreciation accounting :

- Review the asset capitalization to ensure compliance to accounting standards, Ind AS, Companies Act and defined SOPs

- Reconcile sub ledgers in the ERP (fixed assets to GL) as per defined timelines

- Manage the accounting of monthly depreciation as per the defined SOPs and manuals

- Work with the commercial team for physical verification of fixed assets and reconcile with books of accounts

- Work with IT team for automation of fixed asset movement tracking and accounting on periodic basis

- Review SOPs and checklists relating to fixed asset accounting on periodic basis, recommend necessary changes and take required actions in consultation with relevant stake holders

MIS and Reporting :

- Review preparation of monthly schedules and ageing reports and share with relevant stake holders for taking corrective actions

- Scrutinize the ledger accounts, identify risks and report the same

- Prepare and publish dash boards to the relevant stakeholders as per defined timelines

Audit :

- Provide support for the completion of all internal and statutory audits and take required actions to address issues arising from the audits

People Management :

- Select the right team members

- Set expectations and give regular feedback to team

- Provide adequate support and motivate the team to deliver on the job

- Guide, coach, train and develop the team
