Job Title: Lead - Training Job Role: Develop content and facilitate Technical and behavioral programs for all employees as per the defined standards. Provide support in conducting training need identification, designing assessments, and evaluating performance. Focus on attention to detail in creating engaging content using various platforms. Job Responsibilities - - Interact with Functional Heads along with Training Lead to understand training needs of the employees. - Design and develop engaging behavioral programs for instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and self-paced programs. Facilitate sessions face-to-face and virtually. - Design assessments and projects to evaluate learner performance. Ensure training effectiveness is captured for all programs and required corrective action is taken - Drive training initiatives at DataLabs and plan training calendar on a quarterly basis. Provide support in coordination. - Identify and coordinate with external training vendors for implementing domain, leadership, and behavioral programs. - Plan and execute outbound training programs for all corporate employees. - Rational utilization of training budget. - Analyze training feedback and update content. Collaborate with various stakeholders to create impactful content. - Use innovative training methodologies to enhance training delivery and effectiveness. Be abreast with latest training trends to develop effective content. CORE COMPETENCIES : - Must know how to use MS PowerPoint and MS Word to create training materials and should be aware of instructional design principles. - Demonstrate passion and extensive knowledge about the topic to build trust. - Understand and apply principles of adult learning. - Interact with precision and clarity, and sell ideas, overcome objections and persuade stakeholders to reach a mutually agreeable conclusion. - Multitask and manage time well. Reports - Gathering information for data evaluation - Generating reports from training evaluations and additional sources - Compile data for future reference incorporating all relevant data into weekly and monthly reports - Analysis and send relevant information to HOD Training - Post assessment report which includes analysis report with graphs for individual's improvement, head count and batch performance report - Prepare and submit feedback report - Prepare training dashboards Analysis - Measure plan v/s actual of the training - Ensure evaluation of training programs - Analyse productivity / engagement of trainer Education: Graduation/Post Graduation- HR/Psychology/MSW
