Lead Corporate HR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manpower Planning & Budgeting:
- Conduct detailed employee role mapping exercise to serve as an input for manpower planning
- Understand business requirements to finalise manpower planning and budgeting for the organization
- Partner with Business leaders wrt all HR related aspects for Corporate
- Execute the manpower plans as finalized by the management
- Identify and create talent pool for critical positions across industries
- Ensure JDs and organisation structures are current
- Ensure sourcing, screening and selection of the right talent to maintain the healthy hit ratio
- Use internal job posting process across the group to hire manpower for select positions
- Collaborate with the talent transformation team to ensure effective induction of new employees
Talent Management and Engagement:
- Drive and Implement complete LDS process (goal setting, mid-year appraisal and annual appraisal) as per the timelines
- Understand and support compensation benchmarking to implement compensation revisions annually
- Strategise and implement Reward & Recognition program (Includes Annual Awards)
- Implement confirmation & exit process
- Handle end to end Performance Enhancement Plan process
- Roll out employee engagement survey (GPTW), conduct communication and action planning sessions with the teams to enhance the engagement scores
- Stay connected with the new joiners for effective integration into the organisation (Get connected program)
- Schedule and organise corporate office day out
- Drive organisational value through various modes such as value workshops and weekly and monthly communication
- Decide and roll out the employee connect calendar on a monthly basis
- Create and propose customized employee connect initiatives per department
- Propose strategies for employee retention and attrition management
- Handle employee queries and grievances and address the same
Employee communication:
- Ensure Intranet is up to date and a strong medium for actively communicating organisation updates and information with employees
- Drive various employee communication channels (HR open house, feedback sessions, intranet etc.)
- Schedule and organise skip level meetings to enhance informal and open communication (connect over coffee and Coffee & conversation with HR)
HR Budgeting and MIS:
- Prepare and submit the HR budget, and constantly review the costs/spends
- Ensure that the HR manpower actual costs versus forecasted costs are within the budget
- Prepare, analyse and submit various MIS reports (recruitment, engagement and attrition)
People Management:
- Build, coach, develop and motivate the team to meet and exceed performance expectations
- Manage and motivate the team to ensure high engagement levels
