- Developing and executing statutory compliance review mechanism, monitor progress and ensuring 100% compliances.
- Ensuring statutory compliance falling under various rules & regulations pertaining to HR such as ESI, EPF, Bonus, Gratuity, Maternity, Medi claim & other social schemes, etc
- Preparation of monthly payroll for the purpose of ensuring the timely and accurate compensation of employees.
- Liasoning with various government department and local authorities.
- Taking charge of the complete exit formalities of resigned, absconding, terminated employees and executing the formalities as per the requirement of full and final settlement, recoveries, issuing of relevant separation letters.
- Handling complete employee benefit plans.
- Working closely on the implementation of software for access control, HRMS, attendance, shift canteen module.
- Performs all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirements.
Desired Experience : 8 - 12 years
Salary range : 12 - 14 LPA
