Talent Management:
- Ensure objective administration of the performance appraisal process and accuracy in feedback collation
- Ensure tracking of performance management and present reports on a regular basis to the management
- Support in recommendation of employees for promotion in a particular year by identifying high performer and high potential employees on the basis of the performance management system outcomes
- Support in introducing Employee Retention/Recognition Programmes such as Employee of the month, Long Service Award etc for the Concept
Culture Building:
- Support High performance & leadership manager in planning and drafting an action plan to increase employee engagement for the Concept
- Ensure high levels of productivity through enhanced engagement levels
Career Pathing
- Support Human Resources Manager to implement a career planning system in line with organizational goals and objectives to ensure smooth career movement of employees basis their competencies and skills
Human Resources Operations:
- Conduct exit interviews with the resigned employees
- Forward necessary documents to finance for final settlement and cancellation
- Prepare termination letters
- Prepare disciplinary letters to employees
- Conduct investigations and makes recommendations regarding issues of staff misconduct and policy infractions
- Generate Transfers letters and Contract Letters, resignation acceptance, Promotion, Experience certificate etc
- Handle employee grievances
- Manage Transportation and Housing for employees
- Obtain relevant approval on Leave application / Resignations /Forwarding to Accounts & PRO for action
- Check leave and air ticket eligibilities and do air ticket bookings/confirmations for staff going on vacation/official meets.
- Obtain relevant approval on applications for salary certificates/transfer letters and processing the same.
- Prepare, circulate and compile mid term and annual appraisal forms
- Support Finance in payroll updation and administration
- Update Payroll in case of new joinees or promoted employees
- Support Finance at the financial year end to ensure on time disbursement of incentives and salary increments
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of Oracle HRMS, MIS reports and its related correspondence
