Business Analyst role in Digital Marketing team of a leading retailer(Homecentre,Landmark Group) in the GCC Role requires individual to analyze data, interpret trends and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive key business metrics. The role also requires maturity to handle different stakeholders, understand market/campaign specific nuances and take business decisions to achieve the best possible RoAS Responsibilities: - End-to-end management of Digital Marketing campaigns for the online platform of Homecentre (present across GCC) - Define, review and drive business metrics and campaign metrics through a data driven and analytical approach by effectively managing spends and optimizing RoAS - Design, develop and manage tools, trackers and related assets to effectively monitor and manage campaigns - Understand territory specific and campaign specific business objectives and design campaigns to maximize key metrics - Interact with stakeholders across business functions and territory teams to drive synergies between offline and online campaigns - Manage critical stakeholders through effective communication channels to align and execute digital marketing campaigns - Understand overall business revenue and cost drivers to define campaigns in sync with business objectives
