KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Developing strategy & plans :
- Annual digital strategy roadmap - work with brand team to chalk out annual season launch plan, strategy & budgets, should understand the business, marketing & sales goals and have the capability to align digital to it.
- Strategy & plan for digital influenced offline sales and social CRM
- Ideate and create social media campaign inline with brand objective.
- Undertake research to understand consumer and shopper trends, information seeking behavior and usage of new age mediums
- Share digital brand best practices in the industry (brands like H&M, Topshop, Zara, Primark, j crew, Gap etc.) & outside the industry
- Collaborate with brand communication & CRM teams to build the above
Implementation of Plans :
- Operations & coordination - Manage operations & timelines for all digital projects in close coordination with Brand Communication, Regional Teams & CRM
- Agency management - Briefing, ideation, scheduling, operations, budgets, spends, reports
- Areas of operation - Website, Content development & marketing, social media, digital promotions & campaigns, digital destination development & management, Online reputation Management, Offline & online synergy, Mobile, Data & Analytics Goals.
- Liaison with internal stakeholders such as design & buying teams, ensure that the right product merchandise is featured digitally
- Drive and manage the social media initiatives (content, digital properties, engagement) of the brand
- Develop and Manage 'digital influenced offline sales" initiatives (ROPO - research online purchase offline)
- Set SMART Goals and KPIs for Seasonal campaigns and report the performance on a periodic level with internal stakeholders
Influencer management programmed :
- Engagement plan with fashion bloggers, fashion stylists, fashion feature writers and fashion editors
- Content development with bloggers & stylists for digital and leverage digital clout of these influencers for the brand
Social CRM :
- Connect with the 5 Mn. And growing Landmark rewards members on digital and engagement plan for the same
- Plan & execute initiatives for the same leading to digitally influenced offline sales
Online sales channel management
- Liaise with ecommerce teams internally and externally and ensure brand guidelines and communication are in line with offline and digital communication
- Develop and Manage 'digital influenced online sales" initiatives
Tools & Technologies :
- Technology - A basic understanding of Web, Mobile, Database technologies.
- Hands on with Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics, Social media tracking & monitoring tools such Unmetric, Facebook Business Manager etc.
- Basic understanding of Google Adwords to manage GDN Campaigns for the brand
- Exposure to Google MCC Accounts interface & Google My Business (GMB) Account
- MS Power point & Excel for reporting purpose
- SOP and SLA adherence. New ones to be created as per need
