Authority: This position is accountable for: - Working towards Employee retention & Grievance Redressal - Driving Employee Engagement - New Joiners Employee Onboarding Delight - Driving Performance Management - Communication, Rewards & Recognition - Regional Office Restructuring - Driving Special Projects - Employee Satisfaction Score through people pulse survey Responsibility: This position is primarily responsible for: - Driving retention of key talent and top talents and grievance redressal. - Keeping high level of energy and motivation through engagement activities - Employee Onboarding score achievement as per the given target & reduction in infant attrition - End to end closure of PMS process (Goal Setting to Rating Submission) - Ensure right talent and stories are captured, recorded and rewarded as per quarterly calendar - Ensure timely and smooth execution of Great Place to Work - Regional office organogram restructuring as per plan - Driving key projects like, LMGeine, Open House, HR Help Desk - Timely Reviews, adherence to OJT and training calendar, timely placement of ready talents - Increase in Overall engagement score of people pulse compared to previous year Span: Individual contributor role
