The HRBP role is to manage HR agenda, strategies, policies, and practices.
Also improving and monitoring employee productivity. Driving performance management system for the organization and work towards employee's wellness initiatives. Periodic interventions between employees and management to maintain healthy relations and critical organizational updates. Driving regular employee engagement activities to keep the employees moral high and motivated.

Responsibility: This position is primarily responsible for:
- Driving retention of key talent and top talents and grievance redressal.
- Keeping high level of energy and motivation through engagement activities
- Employee Onboarding score achievement as per the given target & reduction in infant attrition
- End to end closure of PMS process (Goal Setting to Rating Submission)
- Ensure right talent and stories are captured, recorded and rewarded as per quarterly calendar
- Ensure timely and smooth execution of Great Place to Work
- Regional office organogram restructuring as per plan
- Driving key projects like, LMGeine, Open House, HR Help Desk
- Timely Reviews, adherence to OJT and training calendar, timely placement of ready talents
- Increase in Overall engagement score of people pulse compared to previous year
