JOB DESCRIPTION
Role: Assistant Manager / Manager - Concept Finance Department: Concept
Grade: A6 -1 / M-1 Location: Corporate
Education: Post Graduate / MBA in Finance
Experience: 4-6 Years
SUMMARY
Responsible for providing support to the Concept in Budgeting, MIS, Analysis, Revenue Assurance & Vendor Lifecycle Management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Finance Function -
- Support in preparation of Sales, Margin, Inventory and Expense Budgets.
- Provide season wise/monthly OTB & control through system.
- Provide variance analysis on Margins, Inventory & profitability between actual and budget.
- Revenue Assurance - Control promotions through Central Office, margin validation, recoveries as per terms & RTV process for external Brands and review intake margins, mark downs & net margins for Private Label Brands.
- Provide Brand performance reports on periodic basis to support in decision making.
- Participate in automation initiatives of the Company from Concept / Finance.
MIS
- Provide Key KPIs performance summary to the Concept.
- Provide Sell thru analysis, inventory arrival pattern vs plan, performance analysis, etc.
- Provide royalty provisions for License Brands, royalty calculations & payment advice on monthly basis.
- Provide License Brand performance vs Business Plans.
Vendor Management
- Support in resolution of concerns raised by Vendors on recoveries.
- Ensure support to Concept / Group Accounts in Vendor registration to Vendor exit process.
