Assistant Manager - Business HR
SUMMARY :
- Deliver HR expertise in the areas of Talent engagement, Rewards & Recognition and Performance management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Talent Engagement :
- Develop and adapt engagement activities (monthly, quarterly, and annual) to enhance employee experience.
- Drive the initiatives to express grievances
- Drive various employee communication channels (Sampark, Dilse etc.)
- Drive a value-based culture with proper implementation of whistle blower policy, harassment at workplace policy etc.
- Facilitate people pulse survey across stores, ensure timely closure, share the scores as per the demographics and follow-up with regions for the action plan to enhance the engagement levels.
- Coordinate with Group TE team and ensure all the Group related initiatives are closed as per timeline (PPS/GPTW/ COC, values drive etc.,)
Rewards & Recognition :
- Develop, evaluate, and implement R&R programs to support the business objective of attracting, retaining and engaging talent and drive a culture of appreciation
- Drive competitiveness of their reward and benefits via research and benchmarking for best practice
- Announcement of monthly leader board for various store roles
Performance Management :
- Drive a performance driven culture by evaluating the performance of employees in frequent interval and provide adequate feedback for improvement through a fair & transparent performance management system
- Drive monthly IJP promotions & ensuring all promotions are against the budgeted positions and as per the IJP guidelines
- Follow through and ensure goal setting, pitstop, LDS, Mid-Year Appraisal & monthly PRAISE process are completed as per timelines
- Analyze the monthly performance review report and share the dashboards and key observations with stakeholders
Others :
- Be part of the Special Project taken by the Retail Lead & ensure successful implementation of the same across regions (back to basics, cost optimization initiatives, and any other projects)
