- Candidate should have experience of delivering above 1000sqf area retail fmcg store. - Responsible for Acquisition of Commercial Property on Lease basis for Delhi NCR location. - Market Search & Survey for Retail Stores Business Viability n Delhi NCR Demographics, Customer Catchment, Footfall, Competitor Activity. - Property Scouting, Identification & Receiving Proposals from Land Lord for different stores. - Checking of Building Configuration & Other Construction specification Required for Different Stores. - Checking Property Documents & All Due Due Diligence. - Negotiation with Landlord(LL) on Rent, Lease Period, Lock-In period, Rent Free Fit out Period, Termination Period , Security Deposit & LL Scope work. - Property Acquisition, LOI & Lease agreement of proposed premise. - MIS & reporting to management. - Broker channel management - Deliver the retail FMCG mart project. - Knowledge of all store layout, interior, civil , electrical work, compliances etc - Possession handover & registration of Sale Deed & Lease Deeds - Handling of litigation regarding possession,interest, & title pending in varoiuos courts ie. Consumer forum, Civil Court, Arbitration, high court with close working of Counselors. - Drafting of Replies of legal notices as per the sales & marketing points.
