Responsibilities
- Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
- Plan employee referral programs
- Use HRIS, recruitment marketing tools.
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
- Suggest measures for improving employee retention
- Leading employment branding initiatives
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
- Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy
- Take ownership of the interview process and candidate's experience
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in recruitment
- Must have previous SAAS hiring experience
- Product start-up experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and databases
- Ability to priorities, multitask and meet deadlines and targets
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
- Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- A positive, can do attitude
