Job Description :
HR Shared Services Management :
- Manage the On-boarding, time attendance, exit etc processes centrally
- Ensure accurate master data management and analytics
- Manage HR Helpdesk and improve employee grievance resolution satisfaction score
- Responsible for the complete document management
- Responsible for managing processes related to contingent workforce management like billing, appointment, vendor relationship, agreements etc
HR Compliance & Policy Management :- Manage HR compliance like Shops & Establishment, registers etc for all locations
- Supervise Compliances like PF, ESIC, etc of contingent workforce
- Liaison with various authorities & govt offices. Manage all the notices and resolve them timely
- Time to time review the changes in compliances and suggest the required changes
- Frame new policies and rollout employee communication
Payroll Management :- Responsible for payroll process management along with vendor on timely basis
- Responsible for filing of monthly quarterly returns, submit required details to finance
- Manage the internal and external audit of payroll
- Manage all payroll related compliances likes LWF, PF, ESIC, Gratuity etc
HRMS Management :- Manage the entire lifecycle of employee on HRMS
- Gather the requirement of the stakeholders to design and implement new modules or improve existing process in HRMS to meet the future strategic need.
- Drive the adoption of HRMS processes across the company
HR Business Partnering for M&A Subsidiary entities ~300 employees :- Responsible for managing HR and HR Support for 300+ M&A employees
- Manage lifecycle processes like hiring, PMS, training, exit for the employees
- Ensure that engagement, retention activates are happening and implement new processes in the company
- Manage relationship with M&A partners to drive changes
