Role and Responsibilities of Analyst - Business Intelligence: - Collect, organize and interpret data to provide actionable insights to the management team - Analyse data using statistical tools and techniques - Dashboard and automate ongoing reports to communicate the state of business health for effective problem solving - Understand and identify business needs/problems and build data/business models to address/solve the need/problem - Conduct primary and secondary research of market/competitors to develop understanding of problems and provide solutions - Co-ordinate and work with internal stakeholders to promote sharing of best practices and implement changes Required Qualifications and Attributes for BI Associate: - BE/B.Tech (Computer Science) - 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, statistical modelling preferably in e-commerce or logistics industry - Experienced/In-depth knowledge of HTML, Javascript, VBA and (R or Python) - Technical expertise/knowledge regarding data models, data mining and segmentation techniques
