Job Responsibility: This position will be responsible to lead Pan-India Home Collection operations including customer experience, quality management, process improvement, training, and budgeting. - Responsible for driving HC service experience with customers and improving customer satisfaction - Responsible for operational scale-up in existing cities and expansion in new geographies - Design capacity planning, operations management, payout & incentive structures for the Home team. - Build & execute plans for team engagement, motivation & development - Build & streamline the process for vendor engagement & team engagement - Gather market intelligence, analyze current operational processes and performance, implement solutions for improvement wherever necessary What we are Looking for : Knowledge, Skill & Experience: - 6+ years of experience in Fleet Management, Operation, Sales Handling - Detail understanding & knowledge of new technology and digital platforms - Demonstrable experience leading and managing teams, city operation Competencies: - Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills & influencing skills Qualification: - MBA/PGDBM in Marketing/B.Tech.
