Position Name : Assistant Manager - L&D
Location : Dr Lal Path Labs Ltd., Corporate Office Sector 38 Gurgaon
Scope of work:
This role is responsible for coordination, planning, scheduling and governing learning and development programs and journeys for employees to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities as per the organization goals.
Key Responsibility
1.Program Execution & Management:
Program Management : Managing multiple L&D journeys end to end
Participant Engagement: Facilitate communication with program participants, providing them with necessary information, resources, and support throughout the learning journey.
Trainer Management : Trainer selection, evaluation and management
Training Calendar : Publishing monthly training calendar & ensuring data collation at the end of the month from all stakeholders
2.Training Delivery and Coordination:
Smooth Execution : Execute learning programs to support employee performance
Coordination : To strongly coordinating with the trainers (internal & external), Managers, employees to ensure the training execution
Logistics Coordination: Manage all logistical aspects of program delivery, including venue booking, equipment setup, catering arrangements, and participant communications and addressing related queries
Post Training : Conduct all post-training activities like employee feedback, post assessments, publishing dashboard, uploading data on LMS and releasing communication on different organization portals
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external training providers (vendors, partners & consultants) and vendors as needed, contract management and ensuring timely delivery of services
3.Data Management, Analysis & Dashboards:
Database Management : Maintaining database of all logistics, training, LMS and other service partners
Reporting & Analysis: Communicate to stakeholders regular reports (monthly, quarterly) and dashboards on program metrics, including participation rates, completion rates, and learner satisfaction scores.
Maintaining records: Attendance, dates, details of trainer, training, institute, employee feedback, manager feedback, etc.
Ensuring all data upload on relevant HRIS & LMS
4.Learning Management System:
Managing LMS platform end-to-end
Ensuring proper utilization & promotion of modules & features
Partnering with the vendor to continuously improvise on the product
Being part of all testing & ensuring successful implementation of new features
5.Content Design & Creation:
Design and develop high-quality learning content
Utilize instructional design principles to develop engaging & relevant content (e-learning videos, PPT, other training materials, etc.) in collaboration with subject matter experts

Experience: 3 - 4 years
Qualification Background: Graduate (MBA - HR Preferred)
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Open to travel)
Prior Experience/Background: Should have experience in managing & governing L&D programs
