E Commerce Manager Job Description: - Formulate the strategies, driving the sales performance, monitor the growth the conduct periodic sales review. - Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such daily/weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance. - Managing day-to-day operations, listings & faster order fulfilment for marketplace. - Responsible for achieving growth objective, including net sales and net margin percentage. - Managing end to end operation for marketplace listings, inventory updates and sales on marketplace. - Manage the marketing budget, entire brand management, product management, product marketing, drive customer research and ROI optimization. - Coordinating with the warehouse team for order process, packing and stock maintenance. - Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate market trends and identify new opportunities. - Participate in promotions, campaigns on various marketplace activities. - Conduct regular sales and activity analysis to determine performance of customer portfolio and identify areas for improvement. - Maintaining the good relationship with internal stakeholders and external vendors. - Manage the entire profile and loss, reconciliation of the marketplace.
