Process Excellence Lead
Roles & Responsibilities :
- The person in this role will contribute to developing and driving Operational Excellence methodology, as well as working with leaders on continuous improvement for day-to- day operations
- The person will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing and implementing improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, customer satisfaction and reducing costs and complexity for Business operations.
- Drive & Manage large highly complex programs that will accelerate operational excellence productivity and customer excellence experience across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for Process Simplification and automation, leveraging tools like Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma, Process Automation, Process Digitization and Process Orchestration
- Drive innovation and mentor employees in implementing innovative ideas and creative solutions to deliver business outcomes. Support in inculcating innovation culture across the organization.
- Define, implement, monitor, improve KPIs continuously. Work on minimizing process variations and make processes predictable and reliable
- Define, design, and implement and transform Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and CMDB processes and procedures based on industry standard Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
Education / Qualification : - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/ engineering degree in any discipline, or the equivalent undergraduate qualification. MBA will be a plus
- Certifications: Must to Have : Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Desired to have : ITIL, ; PMP, Agile Methodologies.
Technical Skills :- 8-10 years of experience within the IT Services or Manufacturing / FMCG / Retail / Building Materials industry with minimum 8 years experience in Operations Business Process Excellence
- Experience in leading enterprise wide transformation programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex setup and contexts
- Strong hands-on experience of Process Excellence Methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma and their applications for delivering desirable business outcomes
- Understanding and hands on experience of state-of-the-art of Digitization, Automation and Orchestration Technologies and their applications
- Proven ability to facilitate teams to meet and improve on budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets in line with the business objectives
