We are looking for bright individuals who have passion for creating innovative business solutions leveraging appropriate and emerging technologies.

Ideally candidates should have :

1. Excellent Functional knowledge of Sales and Marketing in Manufacturing or FMCG or Retail Domain

2. Knowledge of Building Materials Domain and Best Practices will be an added advantage

3. Working Knowledge of Sales and Marketing Systems e.g. CRM, Dealer Connect, Retailer Connect

4. Working knowledge of Sales Force Effectiveness in terms of Sales Force Analytics, Sales Force Alignment, Sales Force Productivity and Incentives management

5. Working knowledge of Marketing-mix Models and Marketing Effectiveness

6. Ability to identify and leverage Business Best Practices and Digital Technology trends across Industries for Building Materials Sales and Marketing

7. Capability of creating Digital Technology enabled & Data-driven solutions addressing critical business needs.

8. Capability to lead business process improvement engagements, driving management of change and ensuring creation and capturing of Value

Candidates would be expected to lead independently /minimal supervision :

1) Drive Innovative Sales and Marketing Solutions, Platforms and New Business Model Implementations with OpCo(s) to create Value for business

2) Understand the current business and leverage contemporary tools and technologies to help business improve Sales & Marketing Operations and Sales Force Productivity and Marketing Effectiveness

3) Working with business improves Sales Force Productivity through Sales Force and Marketing Systems e.g. CRM, etc.

4) Maintain Constant Connect with Business Stakeholders in Effective manner and shape IT / Digital / Data Initiatives related Demand from Business with proper Business Case

5) Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering, Business Process Simplification before Digitization / Digitalization

6) High level Solutioning leveraging Current Landscape and new Digital Technologies

7) Effectively manage Digitization / Digitalization / Data related projects with in schedule & budget in coordination with Internal Delivery teams and / or implementation partners

8) Conceptualization and Execution of Adoption Methodology, Change Management Strategy and Value Creation / Capturing

9) Facilitate Ideation, Collaboration and Knowledge Management to enhance business value

Operating Network :

Internal : Business Stakeholders especially Sales & Marketing and Logistics ExCo Members & their teams, Head BRM, Head of IT APAC, IT Delivery Teams including Core Technologies SAP, Commercial Applications, Infra & Operations team, Security, Basis teams; Corporate and other Regional Colleagues as per need

External : Distributors, Dealers, Retailers, Architects, Contractors, Masons, End-Consumer; Software and Hardware Partners; Consulting Firms; Partner project teams, Auditors

BRM Specific Requirements: Sound knowledge of Sales & Marketing, SFE, Business Process Management, Business Process Re-engineering and Improvements, Business Analysis, Project Management, Partner Management

Contemporary Skills : Must have good knowledge of Agile Methodologies, Design Thinking, User Experience, Innovation, Platform Business Models, Digital Technologies, Data-driven Operations

Technical Skills :

Educational Qualifications : MBA/Engineer (Sales & Marketing) from top B-schools/Engineering Institution

Experience Required : Around 15-18 years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Sales Force Effectiveness with good knowledge of IT, Analytics and Digital Technologies
