Lacoste - Manager - Human Resource

Job Description:

- Responsible for all human resource activities for the organisation.

- Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on organisation policies, procedures, and documentation.

- Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Management & Development:

- Responsible for all human resource activities to include recruitment, employee relations, employee benefits and training & development.

- Interview job applicants; review application / resume; Head Hunting, Talent Acquisition, evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.

- Formulation of HR Policies /Guidelines /Manual & Implementation of same (Retail & Manufacturing)

- Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems.

- Performance Management & review of Employees.

- Recommend, conduct, develop and schedule training and development courses at corporate level.

- Other duties as assigned by management.

Educational Qualifications: MBA - HR or equivalent Degree educated.

Experience: Minimum 7+ to 10 years

Other Skills:

- Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.

- Knowledge of federal and state employment and benefit laws.

- Strong interpersonal and hi Proficiency in oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.

- Proficient in IT especially Excel with other Microsoft applications
