Manager- Finance & Accounts

Job Requirements :

- Provides the most complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a unique understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.

- Ensuring that the financial reporting is accurate and timely with appropriate analysis to assist business heads in identifying trends and making informed decisions

- Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparing financial statements and budgets

- Performance and productivity monitoring and reporting

- Managing cash flow, reconciliations and other financial administrations

- Ability to influence an entire business within a broad scope, interacting with individuals at all levels.

Key Demographics :

- Candidate must be based in or around NOIDA or can relocate to NOIDA

- Preference shall be given applicant from Retail/Apparel Industry.

Educational Qualifications :

- Accounting certification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

- University degree with a focus in business or economics

Desired Candidate Profile:

- With 5+ years of experience

- Understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.

- Implemented financial reporting, accounting, project costing, group consolidation and compliance.

- Excellent analytical skills, business acumen, project management skills and Superior business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).

- Superior communication and influencing skills.
