Job Description

The Role :

- To devise and execute India relevant Digital and CRM strategy

- Social Media Management- Twitter and Facebook

- Social Media Engagement Twitter, Facebook and other platforms

- Digital Content Management - Relevant programs, Contest development, regular feeds, Search engine optimization support

- Executing and suggesting relevant Microsite strategy and content planning

- Experience in managing an E-commerce portal

- Experience in managing and liaising with the regional and global teams for maintaining brand standards

- Knowledge of Social CRM

Other Responsibility :

- Having advanced knowledge of excel and power point presentation

Educational Qualifications :

Degree Qualifications : MBA - Marketing, Mass Communication, BE-Tech

Experience :

Minimum : 6+ to 8 years

Other Skills and Requirements :

Desired Candidate Profile :

Experience with similar responsibility into Marketing ( Social Media, Digital & CRM) function

Other Skills :

- Proficient in Excel Advanced level along with other Microsoft applications

- Exceptional fluency in English (verbal and written communication)

- Proactive, manage and organize social media data

- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work well in a corporate and Retail environment
