Job Description:

The Role :

- Assist the Company regarding the preparation of reports, presentations and packs relating to Board Committee meetings for the Company.

- Assist the company as required regarding any corporate secretariat and company Regulations and Rules compliance duties concerning the Company.

- Assist management with effective legal advice on business issues and company strategies.

- Ensuring the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; and helping prepare briefs, complaints, motions and other court documents.

Educational Qualifications:

- Company Secretary Qualifications.

Experience:

- Minimum 1+ to 3 years

- Minimum Qualifications: Company Secretary

Qualifications preferable. Legal (LLB) would be added advantage but not necessary.

- Minimum Experience: At least 1+ to 3 years (post qualification) of corporate secretariat practice in company law and practice experience - prior experience in a corporate secretariat department.

- Relevant experience in administrative record keeping, Liaison with various govt. department and management reporting.

- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written with superior communication skills, tact, diplomacy and courtesy. Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work well in a corporate and Retail environment With Good computer skills.
