A. Job Description Objective:


- Candidate is going to play a key role in our organizations effort to increase our resource acquisition. This

position will be a key component of our centralized Recruiting Cell.


- The candidate will perform in a Lead capacity to collaborate with our Recruiting team and participate in our recruiting activities including conducting interviews of the candidates.


- Person should have a right balance of strong qualitative and analytical skills. Excellent time management, communication, decision making, presentation, human relations, and organizations skills.


B. Primary Job Objectives:


- The table below gives the primary duties/responsibilities for this position. It shows the expected allotted time over an extended period for the areas supported by the position as well as the Description of those areas.

Description:


- The candidate for this role is being referred as Functional Lead.


- Collaborates with our Delivery Teams and the Global PMO to identify the list of all open roles for billable client projects with target dates to fill the open roles related to Business Analysts and Testers.


- Should have full clarity on the open roles


- Conduct interviews of the shortlisted candidates


- Work with the Hiring Manager in the Recruiting Cell to coordinate with agencies on a regular basis to ensure we have updates on the progress from the agencies


- For Graduate hires the Functional Lead will ensure that the agency is doing the required set of selection process ; filtering the right profiles based on the roles to be filled, conduct the written tests, conduct the interviews and present to us the best selected candidates for the final HR round / and offer. There will be occasions where the Functional Lead may have to conduct interviews in the campuses for selecting the graduate hires


- For the lateral hires, the Functional Lead will conduct the technical interviews of the shortlisted candidates to identify the final list of candidates for HR discussions and offers.


- There could be cases where the Functional Lead may decide to do additional validation round with a Lead Business Analyst from the Delivery Team. In those situations the Functional Lead will coordinate

ith the Delivery Leads and schedule the interviews with the candidates.


10% Allocation:


Description:


- Prepares and submits reports to leadership team to report the weekly status progress


- Participate in demand forecast calls to be led by the Global PMO team to understand the need for the future hiring


- Provide feedback to the leadership team on the quality of the PSO_JD_Senior_Software_Engineer staffing agencies based on the working experience with them


C. Job Qualifications Necessary:


- A Bachelors or Masters degree (B.E/B. Tech/MCA/MSc/BSc) in Computer Science or related discipline


- Must have at least a Bachelor's degree, 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT industry.


- Working knowledge of the laboratory environment and the various types of instrumentation and instrument software being utilized.


- 3-5 years of experience in Laboratory Informatics Solutions.


- 3-5 years of experience in performing business analysis and/or process re-engineering.


- 5-7 years of demonstrated work experience in software testing or relevant experience in testing for BSc background profiles.


- Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills


- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills


- Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset


- Experience in project management and QA methodology


- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
