Labour & Employment Lawyer - 3 to 7 yrs experience

- Drafting and vetting of various Labour law contracts relating to employees, trainees, consultants, interns on the issues relating to termination, engagement and training bonds

- Vetting of H.R. policies

- Employment issues pertaining to leave and absence, separation benefits and maternity benefits under the laws of India

- Labour and Employment : Employment related litigation, drafting terms of employment, disciplinary proceedings, ER/HR related matters, employee service termination.

- Labour compliance, show cause notices, labour policy reviews, advising on conflict of interest, non-compete and non-solicit matters. Retrenchment matters, Shops and Establishments Acts etc.

- Legal advice in relation to drafting employment contracts, agreements and bonds and handling litigations involving issues of service, employment and labour laws, in diverse areas such as industrial disputes, contract labour, provident fund, gratuity, employees insurance, etc.

Education : LLB is a must
