Lab Director - Drug Research Firm

We are hiring for Lab Director in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handling end to end Lab operation.

- Provide oversight for the NGS wet-lab and streamline next-generation sequencing operations and work closely with the Bioinformatics team to put in place the necessary pipelines needed for the analysis of various NGS data types for internal and commercial activities.

- Lead complete Genetic testing and reporting operations. Implement a Quality management plan and take part in quality accreditation.

Desired Profile:

- Looking for PHD candidates with 5 years of minimum lab experience.
