Job Description:
Looking for a Motivated, Self-driven, articulate, well groomed individual with exceptional communication and leadership skills required for an exciting opportunity in Laalsa as a Sales Manager. The candidate must be well informed about the latest marketing and sales trends. The individual should be able to gather market information/statistics from different sources through personal or professional contacts and should be able to penetrate the region in a swift pace. He / She should be able to manage a team at the same time contribute at an individual level as well. This role would be a regional role handling multiple cities or a region.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Growth
- Accountable for Signup with the New Restaurants at individual and team level
- Meeting the revenue targets within the region
- Leading the sales and account management team to grow the region
Client Engagement
- Building and maintaining an excellent relationship with Business owner's and corporate clients.
- Over seeing post sale activities such as installation of software and training the restaurant owners regarding the usage of our app
- Providing effective services to all the restaurants on a timely basis
Retention
- Long term retention of existing clients with continuous support and results
- Converting existing client accounts to premium accounts by providing analytical insights and plans
Brand Building and Diversification
- Making plan to promote our brand in market through digital marketing and offline marketing
- Exploring new markets and avenues for the product
Salary offered - 7-14 LPA
