World around us is a technological world. The Technology up gradation have emerged and elevated in such a way that people are accessing all the required services (Government and Business) at their doorstep.

In India, 67% percent of population stays in rural or remote areas. People from these locations are unable to access many of the G2C & B2C services and hence are forced to travel to nearby towns or district headquarters or cities to avail these services. A country develops with its people, which mean that India will develop, when rural business expands.

In a major decision to boost the rural business growth and income. For centuries, there was no single service center within the villages to access G2C and B2C services. Villagers who wanted to avail the business services had to travel to the nearest town or district head offices, which would consume more time and resulted in lack of transparency between citizens and government. There were no service providers who tried to assist the individuals due to the lack of scale, knowledge, hitches in connectivity and so on.

Job Description:

- Lead a team of 10-12 associates and ensure smooth warehouse inventory in different zones.

- Identify key areas in and around city which are strategically important for setting up of Franchise Centers.

- Establish relationship with business partners and execute sourcing plan of the company.

- Manage & launch of new Services and ensure the delivery happens on time.

- A Feeder to Sales, Tech, Product & Marketing team to produce the best in class product in the market.

- Ensure that all workings are in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements to execute the deliverable's. Owner for P&L.

- Adopt and improve processes and best practices in the market to deliver the best Product and compete with Market.

- Contribute towards the achievement of company's strategic and operational objectives, and to active the Major Stake in the Market.

- Examine financial data/statements and utilize them to improve profitability

- Perform quality controls and monitor the user data/inputs from market and Delivery the Needs of the Market / Citizens.

- Address the clients concerns and fulfill their needs.

- SPOC for the Operations.

- Based on the performance and achieving the Targets - the role will evolve to the Level of Partner with proper stake.
