Kwanzoo is a business-to-business (B2B) software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that provides an Account-based Go-to-Market (GTM) platform and solutions to mid-to-large, global, B2B enterprises and high growth B2B SaaS startups. Customers include TreasureData, Avalara, Highradius, HCL, leading mid-market companies and high growth B2B SaaS Startups including Solvvy, Unravel Data, Contrast Security.

- We are looking to expand our sales and marketing teams in India to support growth. This is a remote, work-from-anywhere position.

- We are looking for dynamic Marketing, Client Program Management & Sales Enablement colleagues to contribute to our growth. We have multiple positions open.

- The person(s) hired will play a critical role in growing our brand awareness, generating demand, and driving our revenue expansion at strategic accounts across global markets, including the United States, UK, EU and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions. They may also assist with Client program and project management for key strategic accounts.

- The role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in B2B enterprise software marketing, client management and sales enablement. We would ideally like to see some experience supporting a B2B SaaS sales or customer success team, with demonstrated skills in key marketing, client and sales enablement areas.

- This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and B2B marketing and sales solutions, and can quickly get up to speed on our market space, map out opportunities, and help us connect with clients through our omni-channel marketing and sales efforts to convince them of the value we provide.

Marketing Program Management, Campaign Execution:

- Thoroughly understands and communicates the Company's messaging, positioning, and differentiation in the market.

- Assist with drafting well-written, English-language copy for Marketing and Sales Emails

- Help to plan and shape marketing and sales nurture campaigns that will engage target accounts and buyers, and bring more inbound inquiries into our Sales team

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Can represent the Company and create a positive brand experience with prospects, partners, customers.

- Update PowerPoint presentations. Create well-formatted new PowerPoint slides for external and client-facing presentations, following essential design principles.

- Assist with Social Media maintenance including drafting, posting and formatting tweets in accordance with social media best practices for B2B markets

- Research and update SEO keywords for the website, based on existing keywords and competitor keywords.

- Learn about and take ownership of 3rd party outreach tools that integrate with Linkedin, or with Salesforce. Understand Linkedin Sales Navigator queries and searches.

- Ability to work with multiple marketing and sales platforms and tools, while making smart decisions around segmentation, content, copy, and outreach frequency.

- Run events (live and virtual) with assistance from other Company staff. Formulate event concept, plan logistics, manage costs and deliver on Company and Attendee expectations.

Client Enablement:

- Assist from time-to-time in Client project and program management for strategic clients, as they deploy the Company's account-based marketing and sales solutions across the enterprise.

- Experience working with Clients on:

Conducting brand and audience research

Developing brand positioning and messaging strategy

Building customer journeys

Creating integrated marketing campaigns

Copywriting for digital advertising and emails



Sales and Partner Enablement:

- Assist with on-boarding new Sales Development Reps (SDRs), Account Executives (AEs) and Sales & Customer Success staff of key partners.

- Ensure all Sales on boarding documents, and Sales collateral is up-to-date. Understand each piece of collateral and when it's used in the Sales process.

- Ensure each Salesperson has access to all sales, data and order management tools.

- Manage sales outreach tools, with regular loading of account and contact lists, and regular sales email cadence, as well as outreach via social media on behalf of multiple Sales reps.

- Strong content writing skills to organize and finalize sales outreach emails, social outreach messages, to drive higher engagement.

All Positions:

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM and other marketing and sales platforms

- Detail-oriented, collaborative, strong verbal and written communication skills, dependable.

Preferred qualifications:

- MBA or Master's degree in statistics, economics or any analytical field, or Bachelor's in Engineering (India)

- Bachelor's degree in english, journalism, mass communications, math, stats, economics (if reputed University in India or International).

- 3+ years of Work Experience (5+ years of Work Experience for Bachelor's degree holders).

- Experience working in B2B SaaS companies with marketing and sales teams.

- Experience of implementing, optimizing and managing Salesforce CRM, sales outreach tools (SalesLoft Cadence, Outreach or similar).

- Experience with Social Media outreach via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or Twitter directly to senior prospects (Director, VP, C-Level) at B2B companies.

- Ability to independently lead, communicate and collaborate with multiple Salespersons, client marketing teams, and work effectively with global teams across time zones.

- Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 Business, G Suite by Google Cloud, Marketing and Sales Email tools, Adobe Photoshop (or similar)
