Kwanzoo is looking for an inquisitive and driven Associate Product Manager to join its product team and support the development of the Kwanzoo Account-Based Go-to-Market Platform. From researching the rapidly-growing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Account-Based Selling (ABS) categories within B2B Marketing and Sales, to monitoring product adoption and use metrics, contributing to design decisions and coordinating releases, this role will be involved across all areas of the product to ensure its success. What the role involves : - Help to develop the product strategy by performing research and analysis into the B2B marketing and sales industry, customer needs, product usage metrics and competition. - Work closely with Company Leadership, Engineering and Design teams to prioritize backlogs, scope new work to be done, write user stories, perform user acceptance testing and follow projects to completion. - Determine, implement and evaluate business and product usage metrics to support decision making and meet organizational information needs. - Coordinate product marketing efforts to communicate product features and benefits with potential customers. - Develop customer feedback loops to collect, organize and respond to customer needs. - Analyze internal processes and systems to suggest and implement operational improvements. Requirements : Must have : - Minimum BA/BS degree in Business, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent. - 2+ years experience in a similar role. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Able to bridge communication gaps between multiple teams (technical and non-technical) up and down the company. - Experience with data analysis and reporting, with an ability to interpret data and communicate findings. - Experience with reporting tools such as Google Analytics, product mockup tools such as Miro, UI design tools such as Adobe XD, ViewJS or similar UI templates and libraries. - Great organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Basic knowledge of web development in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. - Comfortable writing basic queries in SQL, with an understanding of data management concepts. - Naturally inquisitive, with a desire to learn new things and get to the root of things you don't understand. Nice to have : - Experience in project management and gathering and synthesizing requirements, with a familiarity of software development concepts and processes. - Experience with project management and DevOps tools such as Jira and Github. - Experience with CMS and site builders such as Wordpress, Duda, Wix, Webflow. - Understanding of modern web tracking concepts and concerns.
