QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE  Professional with majors in Supply Chain Management with about 8-12 years of experience of handling Demand Planning and RM, PM and material procurement with all categories, suppliers in FMCG/Consumer. A good experience /exposure of marketing buying will be an added advantage.  POSITION SUMMARY  - This position leads the Forecasting, Procurement & Inventory Management for Kwality Limited. It creates and implements a culture of effective internal controls, risk management and governance for organization-wide procurement process.  - This position engages with Country Leadership to drive Business and Functional Priorities. The position will develop, create and implement robust, sustainable business processes.   - It also works with Cross Functional Team to deliver Cost Transformation and continuously strive to explore avenues of cost reduction across the chain.   ACCOUNTABILITIES  Procurement - Local and Inter Company of Goods and Goods Related Services  - Develop and implement strategy to forecast and meet demand for local purchases  - Lead Procurement Process for all purchases to ensure optimal and least cost purchase at best market prices  - Continuously optimise Purchase Cost and endeavour to offset inflation through Cost Reduction Actions  - Communicate and liaise with potential vendor for negotiation on Vendor Managed Inventory( VMI)  - Liaise with the clearing and forwarding agencies to ensure smooth customs clearance, punctual delivery, with minimum administrative cost and without incurring demurrage (EPCG Activities )   - Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all import transactions ( EPCG)   - Facilitate Balance sign off's once a year from all Critical Vendor/s.  REQUIRED SKILLS  - Must have experience of working in an SAP Environment and possess strong Excel skills.  - Should be able to collaboratively work across functions / geographies  - Should have a continuous improvement mindset.   - Good Communication is important.  - Should display responsible and ethical behavior toward customers, suppliers and others in the organization  - Ability to deal with ambiguous challenges
