1. Define, conceptualize, Implement & Evaluate marketing & promotional strategies to meet long term and short term business objectives
2. Manage the marketing & promotional activities of category/Franchise
3. Monitor competitive & market situation to devise strategies to strengthen position of core brands
4. Responsible for providing market and consumer insights to drive differentiated Product positioning and win consumer franchise and loyalty over a period of time
Operational :
1. Responsible for creating & executing an annual marketing/business plan to drive brand growth & affinity
2. To develop & secure approval of business cases of various marketing initiatives including new product launch, line extensions etc
3. Work with cross functional teams - sales, product development, commercial etc. & agency partners for various marketing initiatives
