Accountabilities. 1) Develop the strategic plan of the weaving unit in line with Company's business objectives and annual production plan. 2) Develop and establish systems and processes (SOPs, Startup Checklists etc.) to support continuous improvement 3) Drive production related processes in the Weaving unit to ensure uninterrupted operations across the unit 4) Enforce safe and healthy working practices in the unit to reduce social and economic loss of accidents 5) Manage quality assurance processes to ensure quality excellence in production 6) Assist Supply Chain Head in pre-qualification process of contract manufacturing to ensure that the manufacturer's quality standards meet Company's standards 7) Oversee HR and Admin activities of the unit to ensure smooth functioning of operations 8) Motivate, guide and develop the team to ensure employee development and achieve better results
