Chief Executive Officer - Technical Textile Organisation Candidates from Textile Manufacturing organisation will be an added advantage. 1) Analyse the Business Potential and collaborate with MD to define the business objectives for next 2-5 years (short term &amp; long term) with respect to production capacity, exports, total revenue and overall profitability. 2) Drive governance across all the functional teams to address the issues/ concerns raised. 3) Establish budgeting process for organization; oversee preparation of annual budgets received from functional heads. 4) Establish defined business processes to foster collaboration between the functional heads and plant head to break down the silos in working style. 5) Drive manufacturing excellence to reduce cost and maintain competitiveness compared to markets and other affiliates. 6) Oversee the operations across the production unit in order to ensure timely and quality delivery as per the business orders. 7) Ensure the alignment of production units with business development activities in order to ensure timely delivery against client requirement 8) Periodically review the performance of production units and other functions on parameters of productivity,quality and delivery along with adherence to budget 8)Create a high performance culture at KCPL to align all employees with KCPL strategies and values. 9) Drive implementation of new systems and process improvements such as TQM, Six Sigma, 5S etc across production units.
