Kunvarji - AVP - HNI Business

Salary Offered : 15-20 LPA

- To drive, support and put in all efforts towards increasing the revenue of the HNI business. The role involves Business Development as well as Relationship Management

- To be a support system for closure of the HNI deals.

- Service and revenue generation through team management will be the key responsibility.

- Team recruitment, training, retention will also be part of responsibilities.

- Devising new strategies, product development for promoting HNI business within the team members.

Requirements:

1. Should have prior minimum experience of 10-15 years in acquisition, service of HNI clients.

2. Should have prior experience of managing team of RMs, Dealers managing the HNI desk.

3. Experience requirement is specifically relevant broking experience from NBFC brokerage houses only.

4. Target driven with positive attitude and dynamic approach would be right fit
