Position: Assistant Manager/Manager - HR Location : Ahmedabad JD : - Staff Recruitment, Selection and Placement - responsible for initial screening of suitable candidates. - To ensure 100% Compliance under various applicable labour laws. - To follow up on probation, training, confirmation, etc., and complete the documentation for the same, to be handed over to employees on the due date, and not later. - To conduct routine checks on staff behaviour, staff I.D. cards, proper attire and taking disciplinary action when required. - To ensure all rules stipulated are being adhered and notify department heads concerned if necessary. - To carry on OD activities like exit interview for staff, and coordination of the same - To participate/contribute in organizing and implementing organizational-wise education and training activities.
