We are looking to add more firepower to our sales team. As an ad sales manager, you will engage with clients to deeply understand their unique advertising needs, crafting marketing strategies that captivate audiences and propel businesses forward. Armed with exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales prowess, this role thrives on building lasting relationships with clients while consistently surpassing ambitious sales targets.

What will you be working on?

- Identify and prospect potential clients, including advertisers, agencies, and businesses, to generate leads and expand the client base.

- Understand client objectives, target audiences, and market trends to develop customized advertising proposals and strategies.

- Present advertising solutions to clients, effectively articulating the value proposition and benefits of the proposed campaigns.

- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and advertising packages to secure deals and maximize revenue.

- Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery of advertising campaigns.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with the advertising landscape.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted advisor for their advertising needs.

- Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently achieving revenue goals and acquiring new business opportunities.

- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advertising platforms to enhance knowledge and skills.

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in advertising sales, preferably within the media or digital advertising industry. Atleast 2+ years of experience is preferred.

- Strong understanding of advertising principles, market dynamics, and audience targeting strategies.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch ideas and negotiate with clients.

- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities to establish and maintain productive client partnerships.

- Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and apply insights to develop effective advertising strategies.

- Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tracking tools, and MS Office Suite.

- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, programmatic advertising, and social media advertising is preferred.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
