Job Description for Finance position to be based at Chandigarh, Panchkula.

- Responsible to review and submit monthly financial and management accounts (business unit-wise) at group level. Engage key stakeholders to provide performance commentary and relevant analytics.

- Providing timely information to the management & investors and helping them in taking decisions.

- Overall responsibility of accounts and finance, support functions and corporate office.

- Provide supervision to group treasury function by getting involved into fund raising activities and liquidity management

- Lead the group-level budgeting exercise covering all business units and functions

- Actively participate in preparation of information pack for board meetings

- Closely work with systems team for ERP implementation and with process excellence team to improve internal controls.

- Provide guidance to business-unit level finance and accounts team.

- Work towards achieving statutory compliance and tax efficiency at group level.

- Developing and implementing internal control & process

- Cost control & cost saving measures

- Guides accounting staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.

- Month end activities, tax compliance, revenue reconciliations, Balance sheet reconciliations.
