Kuliza - Technical Project Manager - Lending

Position Summary - 

Project managers will be responsible for executing projects to the schedule as per the budget and scope by working within the defined governance process. The role requires the designated person to effectively use the project management tools and methods to ensure timely delivery of quality deliverables to clients. Effective stakeholder engagement is necessary for this position. The project manager should be able to execute projects in both Waterfall and Agile methods. This position might require travel both outside and within India.

Job Requirements:

Must have:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in lending- project management - should have executed one full life cycle of a development project

- Good understanding of SDLC - should have handled projects in Waterfall and Agile methodologies

- Should have hands on experience in using project management Tools & Techniques - Experience in BFSI space is necessary

- Must have sound hands on experience in software development in the past and should be capable of delivering solutions to customers on schedule

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills - should be proficient in managing escalations

- Sound analytical and problem solving skills - Good people management and leadership skills

- A degree in engineering or equivalent

Desirable:

- Experience in lending domain is mandatory

- Previous experience in Fintech projects

- Contract management experience
