Who we need?

We are looking for a Rockstar Recruiter to become a part of our Talent Acquistion team @ Kuliza.

What you will actually be doing?

- You will own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating with, and hiring mid career to executive technical talent

- You will partner with hiring teams to ensure that hires match by more than the immediate needs of the team or candidate

- You should be curious and willing to try new things to champion an amazing candidate experience

- Encourage an equally amazing process within hiring teams, including thorough strategy meetings, interview debriefs, and process re-calibration when necessary

- Build relationships and work with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, HR, Legal, Compensation, etc.

- The right candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs.

- They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.

- The best candidates will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners.

- Exceptional at market research, candidate generation, client/account management, prioritization, and understand the value of providing amazing candidate experience.

- Collaborate and work with an independent mindset to help support the hiring demand of our rapidly growing businesses

- Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, customer-obsessed recruitment experience to all stakeholders

- Drive the best possible candidate and referee experience, delivering on key internal SLA- s

We- re Excited About You If You Have:

- Bachelor's Degree required, good to have an MBA

- 2-4 years technical recruiting experience in a rapidly changing environment

- Detailed track record of delivery and partnership with multiple hiring managers concurrently - Ability to speak comfortably to basic tech stack architecture, front-end, and back-end engineering profiles as well as testing roles

- Experience sourcing candidates through social media beyond LinkedIn;

- Experience negotiating offers and closing candidates successful.

Immediate joiners/folks with less than 2 weeks notice period is preferred.

Salary offered: 6-10LPA
