Kuliza - Senior Product Manager - Loan Servicing

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic thinker who keeps Customer empathy as the primary driver for building the product. As a senior product manager for lending, you will be key to building our loan management and servicing platform to create Digital and API-first Banks.

You'll be working with star engineers, designers, and problem-solvers in a fast-growing environment to create the world's first semantically rich, low-code Loan management system. You will talk to domain experts and customers across geographies to identify their unique needs and develop a simplified product that evolves the Banks from being a monolith to a customer-centric financial institute.

What you will be doing:

1. Define and own the strategy and roadmap for the product.

2. Work closely with developers, customers and designers to create a winning product.

3. Define and track the KPIs for the Product performance.

4. Research and publish product specs.

5. Simplify the way loans are handled in today's world and empower financial institutes to evolve quickly.

Who would fit the best :

1. 4+ years of experience in product management preferably in a fintech or Bank.

2. Great understanding of accounting, repayment schedule and other core banking fundamentals.

3. Working knowledge of financial compliances and audits.

4. Comfortable with ambiguity, vulnerability and disagreement.

5. Knack for making decisions backed with data.
