Role Introduction :

- A Project Manager will have an immediate impact on productivity, streamlining of strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments.

- The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.

Role Base Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities :

- Understand Lend.in product and its capabilities

- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads with an ability to self-start, initiate, run and finish new internal projects

- Assist and communicate with the heads in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation

- Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them through regular trainings

- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

- Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning

- Assist the human resources department with new hires, including documentation and onboarding, and collaborate to address and resolve all employee concerns

- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies, working with the department head and executives on special projects

- Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications

Must-Have Qualification :

- Total 3-5 years of overall experience, preferably in BFSI out of which 1-2 years of experience should be in managing teams

- Proven capability to lead and deliver on internal initiatives for a company

- A self starter with strong communication and analytical skills

- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment where processes are still being established. 

- Ownership and capability to work independently are must have qualities for this role

Good to have Qualification :

- Prior experience in the IT industry with a background in Management Consulting

- Prior experience in a product based company with prior experience in running internal project

- MBA freshers with 2-3 years prior work experience in software development are also suited for this role
